Using Wind Turbines is more cost-efficient than using solar panels. There is a catch though, you need to place the turbine where there is WIND. Typical wind speed to produce energy is 15 mph. Don't be confused by claimed turbine power, most of the time they are reached at speeds of 35 mph or more. In Puerto Rico, zones marked 3 are somewhat suitable for turbine use.
